The Birthday Girl

Last week there was a big birthday in our household. The celebrating started on Friday when we brought birthday treats into her class at school and had fun little party there. On Saturday, we had an "afternoon pajama party" to celebrate. Ten little girls came over all dressed in their pajamas and brought a stuffed animal and a pillow. They got to play and watch movies with popcorn and then open presents and have cupcakes and ice cream. They had a very fun time. Then, in the evening, Kaelen got to pick where she wanted to go for supper and then we had cake and ice cream and opened a few presents before bed. We celebrated again on Sunday with Grandma and Grandpa after church. She again got to pick where she wanted to go to eat and she wanted to go out for Indian food. After lunch , we went back to Grandma and Grandpa's house for some more cake and ice cream and presents. It was a busy weekend, full of fun. She is getting so big!
